Christian is a Principal in our Munich office, with a focus on value creation for businesses specialising in technology and software. He works with CxOs and operating partners at private equity firms, offering strategic advice to tech-focused funds and portfolio companies and those charting a transition to tech-enabled business models.
He is particularly interested in building and optimising technology companies that are innovative, adaptive and resilient, helping them to achieve go-to-market excellence and to develop efficient operating models based on emerging technologies like AI. He supports clients on business strategies, technology strategies, exit readiness and operating model transformations.
Christian’s expertise is based on a combination of strategic insights into the technology services value chain with deep functional and technical knowledge in the area of B2B business strategy, business technology strategy and customer-centric operating models.
He brings a close focus on customer-centric business and technology strategies that drive growth. He has developed these attributes when supporting private equity clients on multiple transactions, and when helping enterprises and mid-market portfolio companies to develop and operationalise value creation plans.
Christian joined in 2024, through Analysys Mason’s acquisition of Telescope Advisory Partners, where he was head of strategy and value creation consulting. Christian has more than 13 years of consulting experience in the finance and technology services sector, and has worked at leading consulting and research firms, and in the financial services sector. Christian holds a Master of Science in Finance and Strategic Management from Copenhagen Business School as well as a Bachelor of Science from Maastricht University in Economics.
When not exploring opportunities for value creation in the technology, media and telecoms sector, Christian can be found exploring the marine environment of the Eastern Mediterranean, above water as a skilled sailor, and below water as a keen snorkeller.
