AI is coming up in every conversation I have. It is still early days in terms of regulation, but we must be mindful that any frameworks we adopt need to be able to accommodate change in the future.
David is a Partner and Head of Consulting at Analysys Mason’s London office. Since joining the firm in 2004, he has advised clients on cutting-edge topics including public policy, economic regulation, corporate strategy, due diligence and corporate finance. He has worked in over 30 countries across the world – previously based in our offices in Singapore and Milan, he continues to serve clients worldwide.
His main area of focus relates to strategy and policy related to online platforms. This spans cloud services, digital media, online advertising, as well as connectivity. The emergence and subsequent surge of AI has put it at the forefront of technology policy. David's blend of analytical rigour and strategic thinking is supporting his clients in charting a course through the uncertainty and complexity of the changing AI landscape.
David is a graduate from Télécom Paris (France), and obtained a Diploma in Management Studies from Imperial College London (UK). He moved to the UK from his native France, then to Singapore and back to London, in pursuit of new experiences. His professional focus on public policy and digital transformation reflects his personal interests in politics, society, and technology.
