Geir is a Partner at Analysys Mason based in Oslo. He is a highly-experienced consultant with extensive expertise in operational strategy and streamlining, digital modernisation, risk management and due diligence.
Geir has more than 20 years’ experience of telecoms, media and technology in several industries. His core areas of expertise include: digital modernisation, international operations, due diligence, outsourcing, offshoring, strategy, management and transformation, audits, risk management, vulnerability analysis, company streamlining (aligning processes, organisational structures and operations to customer, financial and operational targets) and project management.
Geir has an MSc from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, as well as an MA in Telecommunication Management and Strategy from NTNU and the Norwegian School of Economics.
