Gordon combines strong technical knowledge with a developed commercial skill set. He is one of our leading experts in broadband, with extensive experience in policy development, procurement strategy, State aid, contract development and cost–benefit analysis. Gordon has worked extensively with a wide range of public- and private-sector clients, managing projects for regulators, operators, national and local government authorities, private equity and venture capital investors, and large enterprise clients. Gordon previously worked with a leading equipment vendor in a number of key roles, including software development, pre-sales support and technical services. He is an engineering graduate of the University of Strathclyde, and also holds a postgraduate diploma in financial management. Gordon is a Member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology.
