Khoosh is a Manager and, since joining Analysys Mason, has worked on more than 300 assignments for a wide variety of clients, including fixed and mobile network operators, regulators, financial institutions, utility companies, and central and local government bodies.
He has a comprehensive knowledge of fixed (including fibre to the premises and cable) and wireless (including 4G, 5G and small-cell) technologies. He has managed or led a number of commercial and technical due diligence (including fibre, mobile, data centre and towerco) and merger and acquisition projects on behalf of both buyers and sellers. He has also conducted due diligence for fund-raising activities on behalf of potential investors as well as revenue monetisation transactions on behalf of financial institutions. He has been heavily involved in strategy development for fixed and mobile network operators and for public-sector bodies such as central government and regulators. Khoosh is an accomplished modeller and geographical analyst. He has modelled the costs, revenue and socioeconomic benefits for business plans and business cases and has conducted cost–benefit analyses for various stakeholders.
He holds a BSc in information and communication technologies, an MSc in wireless communications, and an MBA.
