Matt is a member of the Business Services research team and leads the SME Services research programme. He works on Analysys Mason's business forecasts and conducts research on operator business services, writing on topics such as cloud services, cyber security, fixed and mobile connectivity, SD-WAN and SASE.
He holds a BSc in physics from the University of Sheffield where his final year research project was based on modelling geoneutrino reactions rates in python.
