Matthew joined Analysys Mason in 2005, and has worked extensively on developing regulatory cost models over the last 15 years. He is one of the most experienced model builders within Analysys Mason.
He has played a leading role in developing bottom-up cost models of mobile networks in various countries, in Europe and beyond. He has developed numerous bottom-up cost models for fixed core and fixed access networks, as well as advised numerous clients on their use and application.
Matthew is an experienced project manager, and in addition to his substantial experience and expertise in Microsoft Excel, he is experienced in packages such as MapInfo and Microsoft Access. He holds an MMath Honours Degree (First Class) from the University of Warwick, UK.
