Miltos is a Principal based in Analysys Mason's London office. He specialises in strategy development and M&A, having worked closely with operators, investors and governments on telecoms, media and technology (TMT) topics since 2014. He has advised clients across Western Europe, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia–Pacific, Latin America and North America.
He has recently led diverse engagements including acting as commercial adviser to a multi-billion dollar IPO of a European telecoms infrastructure asset; business planning for first large-scale mobile NetCo globally; corporate business planning and 5-year strategy for Middle Eastern integrated operator across mobile, fixed, wholesale and digital markets; buy-side commercial advisory for pan-European hyperscale data-centre platform; 5G spectrum valuation for an African operator.
Miltos holds a BSc Honours Degree (First Class) in management science and technology from Athens University of Economics and Business and an MSc in management from London Business School.
