Oli joined Analysys Mason as a Partner in 2025. Oli’s career began as a Design Engineer working across Toyota’s new vehicle production lines, sparking his passion for operational excellence. There he led teams in Japan and the UK, focusing on innovative process design. When your production line delivers a car every 54 seconds, the sheer power of process becomes clear – as does the balance between standardisation and agility, to drive customer value.
More than two decades later, Oli’s experience spans many industries, from technology to telecoms and consumer products to pharmaceuticals, through to private equity, financial services and the health sector. He has worked in-house as well as providing expert client-side advisory services. His expertise varies from partnering with clients to reduce their cost base, re-designing their operating model to better serve their customers, shaping and delivering transformation programmes to deliver bottom-line benefits, and implementing synergies post-merger or acquisition.

Outside of his professional life, Oli is a mentor for the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) Tour. He supports active professional tennis players and helps them to use their talents such as discipline, excellence and commitment in their post-playing career. He is also a leading voice in online and offline channels on neurodiversity and diversity of thought and promotes a deeper understanding of challenges faced by different groups in our societies.
