Shahan is based in Analysys Mason's London office, and has experience in strategy, transaction and policy work. He has supported a variety of clients in the telecoms, media and technology space, including mobile and fixed operators, financial investors, infrastructure providers, regulators and internet companies.
He has an academic background in economics, business and liberal arts, and is a graduate of the National University of Singapore (NUS) and the London School of Economics (LSE).
