Analysys Mason acquires Nexia Management Consulting ‒ further expanding its global telecoms consulting and research business

Nexia Management Consulting AS based in Norway has been acquired by Analysys Mason. 

Nexia Management Consulting AS is a telecoms management consultancy, which has developed a unique track record in Norway and other Nordic countries where it has worked with all players in the value chain including operators, regulators and investors.

The Nexia Management Consulting AS team is based in Oslo and has built up significant experience in strategy consulting in telecoms and technology since the business was founded in 1992.

The Oslo team will continue to advise and help clients across the Nordic region as
Analysys Mason AS.

The acquisition of Nexia Management Consulting AS will enhance Analysys Mason’s existing track record in the Nordics, where telecoms, media and technology (TMT) markets are among the most advanced in the world and have been at the forefront of many new developments. 

The combination of Nexia Management Consulting’s long-standing experience and broad expertise in the Norwegian TMT market and Analysys Mason’s strong international market position in TMT consulting and research will provide exceptional insights for the benefit of clients worldwide.
