How do we solve digital exclusion in a cost of living crisis?

Partner, Ian Streule recently gave evidence to the UK Government House of Lords Committee Inquiry into digital exclusion and the cost of living. He focused on wholesale and retail pricing dynamics, fibre-to-the-home roll-outs, and market competition particularly for ‘social‘ tariffs targeted at eligible households who are likely to face digital exclusion due to cost and/or other challenges.
