BT Business analyst event 2023: a single division may prove effective as SMEs’ and enterprises’ needs blur
BT Business used its analyst event in October 2023 to provide an update on how it is bringing together its formerly separate Enterprise and Global business units. The event showcased some new propositions that address the needs of its largest customers, including BT Global Fabric, enhancements to its Eagle-i security proposition and future possible opportunities to support AI models trained on smaller, curated data sets.
