DZS’s acquisition of ASSIA’s Expresse and CloudCheck software portfolios is a positive move
In May 2022, DZS (a vendor that has historically been focused on the fibre access space but with growing mobile x-haul and software portfolios) completed its acquisition of the Expresse and CloudCheck software portfolios from ASSIA for around USD25 million. Expresse is used to manage the quality of fibre and copper connections while CloudCheck software optimises in-home Wi-Fi connectivity.
