Mobile UX London’s annual conference in 2019 brought together stakeholders from the digital user experience (UX) community to talk about a range of topics. The key areas discussed were the importance of holistic, context-sensitive mobile app design and the challenges and opportunities arising from new formats such as voice and extended reality (XR). In this comment, we outline the key topics covered and discuss what they mean for telecoms operators.
