ServiceNow’s acquisition of Era Software will help it fulfil its aims for a unified observability solution

ServiceNow announced on 5 October 2022 its intention to acquire Era Software, an observability start-up that focuses on log data management. ServiceNow is expecting that this acquisition will allow it to offer an end-to-end observability solution.
