Zain plans to reach new customers using its innovative connectivity plans with customisable offers
Zain has introduced some innovative mobile contract offers through its digital sub-brands in three countries in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA): Iraq, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. Zain is experimenting with the lower end of the market in these countries, offering highly personalised connectivity packages to encourage customers to feel as though they are receiving value for money through tailored services.
