Link: an agile IMS-less solution from Mavenir and Rakuten
Rakuten is a diversified business and wanted to use its mobile network to increase customer engagement with its other brands to achieve long-term growth. To do this, it partnered with Mavenir to build an OTT app, which not only delivers voice and video services, but improves interactions with other parts of Rakuten's business.
