Skylo operates a 3GPP Release17 non-terrestrial network (NTN) using the NB-NTN protocol. It provides commercial direct-to-device (D2D) services to smartphones and IoT devices via existing geostationary orbit (GEO) satellites and is planning to expand to voice and data in the future.
