Communications service provider AI/analytics activity tracker 1H 2024

Analysys Mason's Communications service provider AI/analytics activity tracker provides information on communications service providers' (CSPs') investment activities relating to analytics and AI solutions, including both non-generative AI (non-GenAI) and generative AI (GenAI) solutions.

These activities include in-house developments as well as contracts and partnerships between CSPs and vendors. The vendors covered in this tracker target the telecoms industry using a combination of products and services.

All data is collected from publicly available sources and the tracker will be updated half yearly.

This version of the tracker covers publicly announced investment activities by 139 CSPs. We track engagements between these CSPs and 55 vendors.
