Fixed broadband churn metrics 2Q 2024
This data set covers the reported monthly fixed broadband churn metrics at an operator and national level. Most metrics refer to retail operator churn. Some metrics refer to wholesale network churn and this is made clear in the description of the metric.
Operators’ reporting of churn metrics can be inconsistent. Where operators have previously reported churn metrics but have since changed their reporting methods, the related rows are shaded in grey to indicate that this data is not currently updated due to a lack of data for the latest time period.
