5G mobile services: consumer survey
This report uses consumer survey data to analyse trends related to 5G mobile services among smartphone users in a range of high- and middle-income countries. It explores consumers’ satisfaction with 5G, intention to churn and take-up by age and country.

Survey data coverage
This survey was conducted in association with Dynata and On-Device Research between July and August 2023. The survey groups were chosen to be representative of the mobile-internet-using populations of each country. We set quotas on age, gender and geographical spread to that effect. There were at least 750 respondents in each country.
