Fibre in developed Asia–Pacific: consumer survey
This report uses the results of Analysys Mason’s consumer survey to assess the behaviour, preferences and plans of fixed broadband users in developed Asia–Pacific (DVAP).
Topics analysed
- Increasing fixed broadband take-up and speeds and how they are affecting the customer experience and operator Net Promoter Scores (NPSs)
- How fast fixed broadband speeds are affecting consumers' intention to churn from their fixed broadband providers
Survey data coverage
The survey was conducted in association with Dynata between August and September 2021. The survey groups were chosen to be representative of the broader online consumer population in DVAP. We set quotas on age, gender and geographical spread to that effect. There were at least 1000 respondents per country.
Geographical coverage
- Australia
- New Zealand
- South Korea
