5G network cloud deployments: trends and analysis 1Q 2024

The number of communications service provider (CSP) commercial deployments of cloud-based 5G core and vRAN/Open RAN grew by 9% in 1Q 2024 (16 new deals). This was more new network cloud deals than all of 2H 2024, and a quarter where disaggregated core and RAN deployments made a comeback.
